I approached Bex as I was struggling with anxiety, low mood and feeling a bit lost and stuck in life. Bex was friendly, approachable and easy to talk to openly and honestly.

Our sessions helped me to see things more clearly and make  more sense of everything that was racing through my mind. She helped me to break down everything I was thinking and feeling into manageable chunks, approach 1 issue at a time and kept me accountable.
